| Abstract |
Traditional Time/Cost Tradeoff(TCT) analysis neither reflects the cost of available resources required by one activity, nor considers incentive costs which depend on contract types of subcontracted activity.And these two problems made traditional TCT analysis technique a difficult one to account reliable expedition cost and to reflect project contract.In order to make TCT analysis more reliable one, a new TCT analysis technique, which reflects the cost levels of a available resources and incentive costs of subcontracted activity, is required.This paper presents a solution method for these two problems and suggests a model for solving the problems using computer. |
