| Abstract |
Site design methodology of multi-family housing in Korea has been led by internal design and ready-made standard design method in order to meet the quantity-based housing policy and to take advantage of their rational housing production system.But in the era of quality-based housing market and raising new needs in inhabitants would be accused of taking low-level of outdoor space, island-type site development, anti-urban characteristics of housing estates, and standardized overall environment.This paper, therefore, intended to purpose new type of design method in multi-family housing, cooperative design system as a kind of solution to overcome the housing problems derived from last three decades. |
