| Abstract |
This study aims to find the spatial characteristic factors of main street environment in Ulsan CBD.The 15 indicators related with the spatial characteristics of <106 street units> are the environmental indices of streets, such as street users' activities, economy, land use related with building specifications, street furnitures. The tools of analysis are and programed in SPSS/PC+.The 4 unique variables of two main streets in old and new urban cores are extracted by ; building age, building floor area, width of frontage, ratio of business-use, and so on.Ane the 5 factors of main street environment in Ulsan CBD are extracted by as the following; physical land-use patterns, commercial activities, traditional centrality, recreational activities, neighboring centrality factors. |
