A Study on the Effect of Urban Development with Analysis of QOL |
| Abstract |
The first purpose of this study was to research relation between urban development and QOL from problems how does urban development affected QOL. The second purpose was to offer fundamental materials for a policy trend of urban development.The followings are conclusions and indicate possible goals of urban development in the future through these research process.1.6key factors (1)Public safety and Disaster Factor, 2)Economy Factor 3)Public Health Factor, 4)Finance Factor, 5)Education and Welfare Factor, 6)Social and Culture Factor) are extracted from 58 variables of QOL as a result of the Factor Analysis.2.The result of Stepwise regression analysis by 6 factor QOL and 19 variables urban development, proves that urban development project has affected on positive effect as well as negative effect in QOL of urban.3.The policy of urban development in future is considered in terms of evaluation of quality as well as increment of quantity. Also, the goals of urban development will be established in according to urban character within the limits of environmental conservation. |
