Acoustic Estimation of a Specific PANSORI Hall by the Sound Field Simulation Technique |
Abstract |
For PANSORI played indoor, we investigated several items(length of sound reverberation, clarity, total impression, etc.) by listening tests.Results are as followsa) The length of sound reverberation is 0.6-0.8 sec., clarity is 0.8 sec., and total impression of PANSORI is about 1.0-1.2 sec. of reverberation time.b) We found that space planning of Korean music hall is decided on the special dramatical factors (for example, ANIRI(아니리)etc.) of Korean music.c) Hybrid simulation technique used here is a very powerful tools for indoor acoustics estimation. |
