Title Acoustic Estimation of a Specific PANSORI Hall by the Sound Field Simulation Technique

Abstract For PANSORI played indoor, we investigated several items(length of sound reverberation, clarity, total impression, etc.) by listening tests.Results are as followsa) The length of sound reverberation is 0.6-0.8 sec., clarity is 0.8 sec., and total impression of PANSORI is about 1.0-1.2 sec. of reverberation time.b) We found that space planning of Korean music hall is decided on the special dramatical factors (for example, ANIRI(아니리)etc.) of Korean music.c) Hybrid simulation technique used here is a very powerful tools for indoor acoustics estimation.
