A Study on the Establishment for the Inspectoral Criterion of Crack in the Apartment House |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to investigate the condition of crack among defect types which are occurred in the apartment house and to present basic data in order to establish inspectoral criterion of crack.The object of this study is 90 households of apartments which are located in Ulsan city and they were selected as the age of building. As apartments which were selected had been built from the latter of 1970 to the latter of 1980.According to the results, a significant correlations are found between the actual measured factors (number, width, length, pattern of cracks) and the architectural properties(the age of building, the place and spot which are occured the cracks, the location of household, the floor of dwelling). |
