| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to suggest a conceptual model of environmentally friendly housing estates as new paradigm for environmentally sound and sustainable development(ESSD). It focuses on the theoretical concpet and planning methods throughout worldwide case studies and surveys of environmental friendly housing estates.The goal of environmental friendly housings is low impact to environment and high contact with nature. This study developed 84 detail techniques as actual planning methods for environmental friendly hosing estates. The detail techniques are classfied 33 actual subjects, 15 goals and establish a conceptual model of environmentally friendly housing estates. |
