A Study on the Planning of the Rental Housing Built by Private Sector with Supports of Pubic Sector |
Abstract |
The main purpose of this study is to get the planning direction of the rental housing built by private sector with supports of public sector. The rental housing, after 5 years of rental period, could be sold to the its own resident for home-ownership. Therefore, through this rental housing, the resident can obtain residential stability and the government can have the stable housing policy. Also, the corporations can get the fixed income for the long-term period. The results of this study are as follows:1.The demographical characteristic shows that the age of the resident is from 30's to 40's. The average number of family members is 3.8 person, which number is larger than the national average 3.4 person. In the respect of socio-economical characteristic, their income ranked meddle-low class compare with the national average income level.2.The result of residential consciousness survey shows that, in the future, the residents want to migrate to the house which was average 3.1 rooms, 103m2 unit area, staircase block type.3.The residents hope thatsecurity money would be the main component of the rental cost. In this way, both the residents and supplier can be profitable. |
