| Abstract |
The objectives of this thesis are not only to systematise the housing demands with change of family life cycle, but also to make the following general formula to determine the standards of housing optimal scale.Ac=C+R1.Wn+R2.Xn+R3.Yn(f+m)+R4.Zn+E orAb=B+R2.X+R3.Y(f+m)+R4.Z+EAs for nuclear family, a mathematical model that modified from above mentioned formula work out the range of scale from 51m2(1LKD) to 102m2(4LKD). It has the most significant value of this determining model that enable to determine different scales systematically for various types of household and accomodate different demands even in same size. |
