Abstract After the Industrial Revolution, we face 'The Third Wave', the revolution of information. It would give rise to a big change in society and economy all around the world as the Industrial Revolution did.This study observes the change of architecture in the special, cultural aspects and respectable culture and space of architecture in 21C, to suggest the possibility of the virtual space and architecture through the virtural reality.The result of this study;1)It is expected that the off-centralized city can appear and the metropolis can balance with the local city. Though the structure of society result in the off-centralized city, the metropolis can still includes the space deficiency problem owing to the trend toward the metropolis. It relates the former that super high-rise dwelling is the next concept of dwelling to the future. But the cities would network together developing the local cities.2)The fusion of the globalized-world wide architecture and the local architecture emphasize the characteristics of the city. modernism tends to emphasize the "city-monolith" and to ignorethe situation of the city but now a days the concept of traditional culture changes so the localized architecture emphasizing the characters of the location is growing.3)The 'Virtual Architecture' would be an additional end and t would compensate or pinch the actual space.
