Basic Research for the Development of Evaluation Criteria on Livability of Apartment Estate |
| Abstract |
Current apartment developments are mainly regulated by Floor Area Ratio and Building Area Ratio as a single matrix. Housing estates set by those are built with uniformal shape and are distributed within uniformal prices.Those can't reflect properly the degrees of livability in the apartment complex.To develope more proper livability criteria for our context, it is worth while to analyze the existing apartment site data such as Open Space Ratio, Livability Space Ratio, Recreation Space Ratio, and Total Car Ratio, and compare them with those recommended by FHA.As results of this study, we are able to have precise data of livability criteria index which can be used in many fields. |
