| Abstract |
This research intends to propose LCC(Life Cycle Cost) model for the economic analysis of building materials and construction methods in apartment housing construction by applying LCC techniques.The contents of the LCC analysis model after the result of study are as follows;1)Apply LCC model to the economic analysis of LCC alternatives in regard to the building materials, methods, and building process of apartment housing construction.2)Construction expense, even similar, indicated 2.77% on RC method and 2.69% on PC method after the case study of RC/PC method on a sampling base. This result shows the feasibility of model which assures the existing study result that "the use of durable materials downs life cycle cost." |
