A Study on the Analysis of the Development Process and the Actual Condition of the Rental Housing District |
Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to make out the development process and the actual condition of the rental housing districsts. The major results of this study are as follows. The rental housing districts are built with supports of public sector. For stable supply of the rental housing, it needs the continuity of the policy and subsidy. As characteristics of the site scale, site area is averge 32,252.9m2. The number of households in a site is average 761.6 unit. And unit size is average 49.7m2. As characteristics of the development density, the floor area ratio is average 204% . Unit denstity is average 271(unit/ha). And block height is average 13.4 floors. It shows that the rental housing destricts are built by high-stories and high-density.
