| Abstract |
The study covers not only the serious transportation problem caused by introducing high rise and high density house giving priority to business profit, but also worse urban environment by the deteriorated residential environment by harmony with the adjacent location as well.In order to look for the way how to improve such a negative aspect, the effect, which the following conclusion, has been analyzed, by which the following conclusion has been reached with reference to the index criteria.1) the criteria of both elevation space and elevation shield degree shall be reinforced.2) floor number shall be regulated according to each altitude above sea level in the height of hilly districts. 3)floor space index regulation shall be differently applied depending on the scale of complex space and living space inside the complex. |
