Abstract The objective of this study is to present the reference data about the properties of crushed sand concrete with W/C of 30~50% by changing the grain shape and powder content. From the test results, It was found that although water content and the dosage of SP/C decreased, as the grain shape became rounder, S/A and the dosage AE/C are constant in mixing design. And, the slump and air content increased in fresh concrete, the compressive, tensile and flexural strength are nearly the same with the before changing grain shape condition in hardened concrete. As the powder content increased, S/A decreased, but water content,S. P/C and AE/C increased in mixing design of concrete. The more the powder content is, the less the slump and air content are in fresh concrete, but the compressive strength increased in hardened concrete.
