| Abstract |
The pupose of this study is to propose an effective scheme of construction management (CM)applications for supervising firms in the Korean construction industry. The study analyzes CM's functions in CMAA documents, trends of CM in the US construction industry, and functions and problems of domestic supervising firms. This paper also presents a transition process for the supervising firms to CM firms, and proposes general requirements of the supervising frirms for CM applications. |
