A Model Development Direction of the Environmentally Friendly Housing Estate in Korea |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to suggest an environmentally friendly model for multi-family housing estates as a new paradigm for developing sustainable human settlements. It focuses on the evaluation of planning elements and establishes a model through comprehensive analysis. The results of this study are summarized below.The long-term and short-term domestic model for developing environmentally friendly housing estates was established throughout a comprehensive evaluation. The short-term domestic model consists of 3 goals and 11 practice items. Also it is necessary to develop more specific long-term models(3 goals and 11 practice items) and these models should be tested in actual field conditions as a pilot project. |
