A Study on the Evaluation of Subjective Response of a Staff about Construction Noise in Construction Field |
| Abstract |
Recently, construction noise has caused much annoyance for a number of dwellers in nearby construction field in city, and it has become a very serious issue in our living environment. Therefore, in our country, a practical solution and a better method of reducing construction noise are highly required. Practical solutions for the construction noise, however, are very difficult because the poorness of basic data and insufficiency of the existing research. In this point, this study attempts to survey the influence and subjective response of building construction work noise in construction field using questionnaire. This study also intends to get the basis data for establishment of a standard about construction noise. To attain the purpose, this research was performed by questionnares. Subject samples consisted of 420 individuals who have worked in construction field. The data were analyzed with SPSS/PC+ package using the statistical methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, etc. |
