Title |
A Study on Transition of Administration System for Muilti-Family Housing |
Abstract |
Until now, our housing administration has operated for the rationality and efficiency of the housing supply. But, recently as an interest in environments surrounding public housing increases, the housing administration also needs to change from a mere housing administration to a synthetic administration based on its ability to make plans.First we will examine the changes to the housing administration in Korea and Japan brought on by social changes. Second, we will analyze the problems of the housing administration. Third, we will suggest a precondition that the housing administration can be placed not only by social formation of property, but by synthetic housing administration like cultural policies making a contribution to vivacity of local culture further, through the case studies of Japan' in which they enhance event enterprise to the bublic housing development. |
