An Improvement Strategy for Design and Technology Review System of MOCT |
| Abstract |
A construction technology review system has been appraised to be successful to prevent a defective work and to enhance domestic construction technology since 1972. But the system is highly centralized in MOCT, many undesirable problems are visible. To solve the problems and to be effective design review process, the overall review system was systematically investigate and re-evaluted on the basis of the expertise interviews and questionnaires.As a results, many items such as improved review process and operation, construction size to be reviewed, activation of alternative bid, improvement of grading method for design-build contract, post factum management of review results and adjustment of the liability for review management are suggested. |
