To be old and decrepit of building and the change of urbanistic mode is necessary to reform the urban dweller's residence. In the purpose of this paper, find out the effects - architectural form, use, architectural behavior and regional space construction - according to the change of building regulations and codes and to prepare the base of housing policy and building regulations. As the result, we found regional space construction and urban dweller's architectural behavior are effected by Building regulations, and regional space construction and dwelling environment became worsed according to strengthen the Building regulations and codes. |
