Title Flexural and Shear Behavior of High-Strength Concrete Structural Walls under High Axial Stress

Abstract The flexural and shear behavior of high-strength concrete structural walls under the combined action of high axial stress(0.23f'c) and a horizontal load cyclically to failure is examined. The study is based on the experimental results obtained from two one fourth scale models(Lw×Hw×t : 120cm x 200cm x 8.5cm, 120cm x 100cm x 8.5cm). The primary objectives of this paper are to examine the influence of the height to width ratio(Hw/Lw) on flexural and shear behavior of high-strength concrete structural walls under high axial stress.
