Abstract |
The objective of this study was to investigate the structural behavior of concrete-filled square tubular column to H-Beam Connections using Plate. The data of previous experimental results were used as input data for finite element analysis. The nonlinear finite element analysis program, ANSYS, was used for the analysis. The initial stiffness and strength for the different area and angle of plates were obtained respectively. The result of finite element analysis was compared with the previous test result. Stress concentration ratio for the plate is suggested for the practical design. |
