Title |
A Study on the Plan of Mid-size Apartment |
Abstract |
When new residents move to their new apartments, most of them always modify the interior structure. It is resulted from the fact that the builder did not reflect each resident's way of life into the plan. That is to say, the existing type of living room-dining room-kitchen(LDK) is not convenient to each resident. This study is to propose a new type of plan based upon the post occupancy evaluation and it is the case study of the Haeundae new city of Pusan. The result of this study suggests two things: is to replace the type LDK with two separate functional spaces-living room and bed room(LR)-to clearly distinguish spaces between daytime and night time; the other is to expand more daytime space(living room, dining-kitchen, balcony) and reduce the night time space(parent's room). |
