A Analystic Study on the Construction Erros Raised in Apartment House of Korea |
| Abstract |
This study shows that it is necessary to rectify construction error of re-bar through periodic inspection in the process of construction in order to prevent from causing structurally severe defect after completion of building. The place where re-bar work error happens frequently can be assumed by this analysis, errors of re-bar in concrete wall most frequently happened. Accordingly, it is also quite necessary to make an enough inspection of the weak place where re-bar error happens frequently. Consequently, As shown in the interview data with re-bar workers on the jobsite, this research and analysis concludes that in order to prevent errors in re-bar work, it is quite necessary to perform enough inspection and, furthermore, to remind re-bar workers that common re-bar error can be avoided if they are aware of it. |
