A Study on Housing Choice Behavior according to the Lifestyle |
| Abstract |
The lifestyle is a concept which plays an important role in the consumption behavior of human being. We investigate an impact of lifestyle to the housing choice behavior which is one of the housing consumption behaviors. In our investigation we aim to identify the housing choice behavior based on a classification of lifesyle of residents. We have surveyed S47 residents in Pusan. 0ur study reveaIs four different patterns of lifestyles, among which there exist a significant differences in moving motives, chioce motives, and choice alternatives were originated from a forced moving factor , a neighborhood circumstances factor and a 1ocation factor ; and a house type, floor size, house age, house constructor, time to wives' job respectively. 0ur results wiII facilitate to predict a housing satisfaction, to provide the various. Housing based on a lifestyle, and to draw an adequate housing policy of residents. |
