Abstract |
As Koryo Dynasty was a Buddhist state, the Buddhist temple were built by the various class and the spatial forms were classified by planner. In general the Buddhist temple built by the nation were bigger in scale and shoter in constructing period than those built by Buddhist monks or belivers. The reason was that the Buddhist temple built by the nation was constructed by using the national finance and organization. 0n the other hand, the Buddhist temples built by Buddhist monks or belivers could not constructed by plan and were rebuilt or extended for needs at any time, so the spatial form was not so strict. |
