Abstract The tubular members which resist against torsion local bucking and lateral torsional buckling are being broadly used for columns. They are used only for vierendeel truss and Delta beam which is composite beam that precast slab is assembled as a trapezoid square hollow section steel members in Finland. The objective of this study is to develop the composite beams with tubular members. To investigate the bending capacity of tubular members and the structural behavior of the composite beams with tube members tests were conducted on tubular members with and without infilled concrete and composite beams using tubular members with and without concrete slabs.
