This study is on the influencing factors on initial defects of the apartment construction which become the nationwide concern due to recent tremendous casualities This stud1. Tries to clearly define the factors that can directly affect the initial defect, considering all the possibilities from contract to the field work_e.g.. Contract system, ratio of price successful bid construction methods, shape of floor plan, stories, construction companies Followings are attained as conclusion. Abour 90% part of initial defects are architectural defects and the defects in opennings are most frequently occurred. Ratio of price successful bid rarely influences on initial defect occurrence, other factors like contract system, construction methods, shape of floor plan, stories, construction companies have meaningful relation with initial defect occurences as sho%.n in this paper. This study is supposed to play a major role in setting the foundation for the presupposition of the possible occurrence of the defects as well as structural scheme and method of construction. |
