| Abstract |
By their specialtl. Of long lasting duration in completion, construction projects are likely to be exposed on various risks. These risks are generally transferred through contract condition by the privity of contract. But Force Majeure risks such as accepted risks, exceptional risks, and special risks are specially classified and treated in construction contract. These risks are arising from many reasons according to the difference of custom, culture, climate and location. To minimize the dispute whether it is a Force Majeure or not, this study is therefore mainly focused on ; general construction risks and characteristics of Force Majeure are investigated and analyzed in the Construction Contract Conditions : Force Majeure interpretation criteria are extracted ; and Force Majeure interpretation methods and examples are suggested are described. |
