| Abstract |
The purpose of this study rs to suggest some attraction methods of the private capital for the construction of the social overhead capital(SOC) facility Private capital have been used increasingly by. Governments as a fund for the construction of urgently needed infrastructure. Government is concerned about the high financisl charges that might be overburden the cash flows of the project, especially in the annoying IMF situation. This study conducts a number of interviews with experienced contractors, accountants, etc. And questionnaire survey was performed with 97 respondents. This paper proposes some methods w attracts inducement of private capital focused on the selection o1` the project, selection of the competent contractor, profit guarantees for the contractor.
