Types of Housing Life-Style among Multi-family Housing Residens |
| Abstract |
This study has been designed to classify residents based upon their housing life_styles and apply it to plan of multi-family housing in the future. Data were collected by questionnaires administered to 278 female residents living in multi-family housing over 20s pyong(66m2) in the Kwangju area. Factor analysis, cluster analysis. One_way anova/Duncan-test, and chisquare-test were used in anslyzing the data The major findings of this study are as follows , There were five major types of multi-family housing dwellers' life-style based upon 9 sub-categories.: type of modem and urban life, type passive and private life, type of orientation to conspicuousness and sensitivity, type of conventional 1ife, and type of orientation to community and natural environment. |
