Abstract |
This study is designed to expIore improvement directions of apartment space. The main findings are follows. First, satisfaction and significance levels of living space are found to be different depend on residents' socio-economic characteristics due to uniform supply of space. Second, the main consideration of residents on outter space is concentrated on arrays of buildings such as noise and view. Third, the importance. Of public open space, such as variety of underground utilization, more green space, is also found to be a important factor to improve living environment of apartment housing. |
