| Abstract |
This research aims at large-scale offices located in city of Seoul to grasp floor area realization ratio. The purpose is, therefore, to clarify the influence of floor area realization ratio. Concretely, it finds out the tendency of floor area realization from the view of development subject and explains the differences of development subject in floor area realization ratio. Large-scale offices(10th floor or more or l0,000m' floor area) located in the city of Seoul were used for actual analysis data as of January 1997. There are lO4l large-scale offices in Seoul(Korea Fire lnsurance Company).
