A Study on a Concept Analysis for Intergrated System Construction with Design Information |
| Abstract |
Like other industries, the building trade has had to face up to various crisis. It is demanding of new thinking. To provide a more effective approach to building trade, an integrated building system is very appropriate technology for designer, engineer and other relational specialist. The purpose of this paper is to present a theoretical schema of integrated model by an object oriented technique to model information related to design, structual information and cost estimation. It must be developed conceptual schemas that can be used in a computer based information system for simultaneous design and co-ordination of buildings and user organisations. The conceptual schemas shall be applicable at different stages of the construction process. It is achieved by deve1oping an integrated data model that combines different views of building so that through it information can be exchanged in electonic form.
