A Study on the High-Density Characteristics of Multi-Family Housing Estates in Korea |
| Abstract |
Becase of the radical rise of land price, multi-family housing estates have been developing densely in Korea. There are many methods to develop housing estates densely, such as the frontage saving of a unit, high-rising buildings, middle corridor or twin corridor type buildings, grid type bolck planning, etc. But the methods of high-rising buildings and grid type bolck planning were mainly accepted in Korea. This is the high-density characteristics of multi_family housing estates in Korea. In this paper the gain and loss of the demander and supplier of multi_family housing was principally analyzed in the condition of housing construction and supply system of Korea. |
