Esitimation of the Energy Transferred from an Ondol Surface of an Ondil-Heating Room with Partially Transparent Windows |
| Abstract |
The Ondol which has been used widely has provided a thermaIIy good indoor environment. The current hot-water Ondol system has been known as a floor heating system which transfers the energy from the flotJr to the indoor by means of both radiation and free convection. In the present paper the net-radiation method which can be used to calculate the exchange of radiant energy in an enclosure is introduced. It includes the heat transfer analysis within the enclosure with partially transparent windows. Using this method the amount of the energy supplied from the Ondol surface is estimated based on the experimental data taken in a prototype in a prototype of Ondol surface is estimated based on the experimental data taken in a prototype of Ondol heating space. |
