Making GIS for the Apartments` Characteristics of Distribtion in Seoul : For the Development of Energy-consuming Characteristics` Analysis Method |
| Abstract |
The GIS(Geographic lnformation System) is well known as a very useful and powerful tool as a analysis method of energy-consuming characteristics of big city. To make this concept reasonable, actual conditions of totally 1,108 apartment-districts, 3,004 area-types are surveyed in Seou1. And 500m×500m grid map is made. The results of this study are summarized as followings, l. The newly developed apartment-districts are higher. Denser, and more common space ratio comparing to the olds. 2. The central heating is adapted to 52.2% of all surveyed apartnrent-disticts. Gas(37.7%) or oiI(32.4%) is using as a heating fuel. S. On the 500m×500m Grid map, aparhents' buildings-density map and floors-density map are made respectively. |
