Abstract This study is aimed. For the properties on the lightweight Mortar with 3 types of FIyash l)The result of mixing design at a substitution flyash as fine aggregate could be observed promotive effect of viscosity. But in case of mixing rate 1:l and l:2, in substitution ratio 20% and S0% with flyash, the mixing control to be exceedingly. 2) The thermaI conductivity of the normal mixing without flyash was not more than the lightweight mortar with flyash, also, at the l:l and 1:2 of mixing rate, flyash size 37μ m(Type S) was showed a excellent performance. But in case of mixing rate 1:3, 74~I49 μm(Type l) was very good Accordingly, experiments of flyash mortar with much expenditure and endeavor could vitalize these insufficient study parts
