| Abstract |
In the Korean construction industry, the standard specifications have been used with lacking of the unity in the contents, because they have been revised individuaIly and inconsistently. This makes it difficult to utili=e the specifications in the construction industry. The revisions of the specifications on the technical points of view have required to standardize and unify the formats of the specifications.. In order to prevent the construction claims and disputes, the contents of the specifications must be clearly defined. Therefore, this study aims to suggest the standard formats and the writing techniques for specifications. In this study, the specifications being used in the Korean construction industry were analyzed and examined using questionnares. |
