Abstract This reaearch proposes a risk management model enabling subcontractors to figure out the various prices and consequently to contribute to the comDetitiveness in their fields. And the analysis of risk effects on subcontract tender prices has been performed through the Monte Car1o simu]ation form in order to derive the proposed risk management mode1. At the risk identification, activity risks and global risks were identified by the use of a flow chart which set out the sequence of construction activities, and standard checklist. A practical model of risk management for subcontractors has been developed in the form of Monte Carlo simulation by using a spreadsheet.
