A Study on Improvement of Parking Standards of Small Buildings |
| Abstract |
This study inverstigates the parking space standaeds, parking facilities, nember of registered motor vehicles, and analyzes the parking situation. Some of the findings are: i) Parking space standards continuously have been reinforced since the parking law was regulated. But considering the building and land uses, it will be necessary to lower the parking space standards. Ii) It will be necessary to adopt the increasing public parking facilities, and to reduce the number of building parking space. Iii) Consodering the increase of small vehicles, this paper suggests the reduction of parking space per a vehicle. Iv) It will be necessary to improve the parking arrangement in small parking building. |
