An Analytic Study on the Convenience Facilities of Different sized Apartment Estates |
| Abstract |
When the convenience facilities that meet the minimal demanda are prepared, each housekeeping in the apatment houses can live comfortably. It is most important to in pertinent position or not. However the development of apartment houses that is foused on the solution of house-shortage in urban areas simply results in narrow and compact houses. Therefore the basic demands in eberyday life of inhabitants tend to be ignored. If we can think that the purpose of the development of apartment houses is not the supply of places for eating and sleeping but the creation of spaces for everyday life, it is very important that the various convenience facilities is offered. Investigating and analysisng the convenience facilities of different sized spartment estates that are developed by same construction company, this study examines the problems and suggests the improvement direction. |
