| Abstract |
This study is purposed to propose a fundamental report in establishing standards and directions of the planned development unit, through the scale of housing and plot-composition types surveted, depending on the type road and plot. Result of this study are as follows: There are reasons of housing exterior environment, the reasons of housing exterior environment, the reasons of examples are traffic sore, living environment, and natural environment problem. So the standard of planed development unit and the positive suppoer is needed. And according to the specific analysis result for style about planed development unit, traffic organization is shaped good at the slope, all regular form, individual reformation in condition of bad housing arrangement and others must plan the development method of planed unit that can unit specificproperty, for the effective use that the plot don't be avaliable. Thus types of the planned development unit should be established by reviewing the physical attribute of there and extrtior environment factors on the whole, and so it considered with the varied it's direction. |
