A Study on Apartment House for Urban Landscape Management |
| Abstract |
By changing social structure and industrialization our urban housing has been changed form a singlehouse to an apartment house that has increased and become a representative urban housing form. The apartment house has caused many problems because of its development pattern based on large size and high floor oriented apartment. Nevertheless, there has been no proper control and repand for ueban aechitecture. The paper is trying to solve these problems through establishing a standard for urban landscape management. As the results of this research: (1) the criteria of ratio outdoors space shall be arranged. (2) the criteria of ratio green in site shall be attanged. (3) the criteria of pitch of building shall be arranged to visual corridor. |
