Abstract Energy Cost Factor) 및 효율성 평가법을 바탕으로, HASP/ACSS/8502 동적프로그램에 의한 시스템 시뮬 레이션을 통해 대규모 사무소용 모델건물의 정풍량 공조시스템에 대한 에너지비계수 및 효 율성을 산출, 평가하였다. ; To select suitalbe HVAC system on design step, a designer should synthetically donsider, not only basic items such as amenity, saving of energy, economical efficiency, but also thechnical items such as HVAC system, equipment system, energy saving method etc.. Specially, because equipment designer beings his work after building design progressed in some degree, he has always limited for his work and HVAC system is modified at the primary design step which is efficts arcjotectiral design process. Therefore, not only the convenience and the economical efficiency have to be reflested to evaluation t\method for selecting effective HVAC system, but also saving of energy, economical efficiency should be evaluated simultaneously. In this paper, the Energy Cost Factor, the evaluatin method of efficiency that suggested through theoretical examination on the study of "The Proposal of Evaluation Method for Efficiency of HVAC System by Energy Cost Factor" was producted, and evaluated to CAV+FCU system of multistorey building using by system simulation.
