THE STUDY OF RECENT CURRENCY OF OFFICE BUILDING FOR INTELLIGENT BUILDING SYSTEM IN KOREA |
| Abstract |
In recent years, there has been an expanded growth in building facilities. The final purpose of this study is to forecast the future direction of building infrastructure systems through observing the current change. In this paper, the field surveys and interviews for recent buildings constructed after 1994 in seoul, Korea have been evaluated for the Dept. of Building Management and the Dept. of General Business. This survey result is compared with that of other research for 1980's buildings. As a result, for the core type have been changed. Especilly, telecommunication systems were rapidly expanded in recent office buildings. Multi-telecommunication systems not only set up but also be used generally by building occupant. |
