An Experimental Study on the Effect Factors of Floor Impact Sound Performance for Apartment Housing |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect factors of floor impact sound performance according to the material of floor structures above concrete slab and the measuring condition. Floor impact sound levels of 16 floor structures were measured in the field and 7 effect factors were investigated. The results show that the floor impact sound level of receiving room is affected by mainly not only the material of floor structure such as the resilient materials, floor coverings etc, but also the condition of measuring point and sound absorption of the receiving room. |
