A Study on the Use Conversion from Single House to Neighborhood Facilities |
| Abstract |
In these days, the biggest issue is about environment by an in and demand for natural resource. So the area of architecture have made in effort to save energy, building materials and reduce building waste : Sustainable architecture Green architecture Ecological architecture etc. In fact we have focused on more materials , energy and nature than 'remodeling' of building which influence materials and energy until now. When new buildings are constructed, building wastes will be greatly reduced as effective remodeling or use conversion. If ire uses of building are converted, building structure should modify and building constructive cost be increasing additionally. Moreover addition or elimination of equipment may give rise to spoil the building appearance. With a view to minimizing those, it is necessary to design for next uses and essential to guide when the uses of building is converted in the existing building. Therefore the purpose of this study is to suggest direction of recycling for minimizing building materials by remodeling. |
