| Abstract |
Since the architecture law was announced, it has been charged for the harmony of two purposes; The security of the public order and the protection of the private property right. In the course of time, it has been much tried to promote the collection of the people's various desires and the conveniences and bear a part of architecture administration suiting the simplicity of architecture procedure and the local situation. This study describes the established background and the transitional process of the architecture law centering around the official of the Republic of Korea and the historical card according to the National Assembly architecture taw about the transitional process of the architecture law from the establishment of direction of the desimble architecture law, the frisk, this study actually carries out the easing of regulation and the standard of architecture except the parts of the public and the stability The second, this amends the contents of statute in order to be easily accepted by everyone. The third, this study makes an amendment for increasing of the public welfare which Is the environmental protection of zoning code security of building stability. The fortth this study suggested the making an amendment considering the future when the architecture law was amended. |
